Bor Copper Complex
The Bor copper mine is a world-class copper asset. Established on December 18, 2018, Serbia Zijin Copper DOO (the “Company”) is a joint venture between China and Serbia. Its controlling shareholder is Zijin Mining Group, one of the world’s top 500 enterprises.
In the Company’s shareholding structure, Zijin Mining Group and the Republic of Serbia hold approximately 63% and 37% of the shares respectively.
The total planned investment of the project was US$1.26 billion. However, by the end of 2022, the total investment had exceeded US$1.9 billion.
